Faldi Ismail B.Bus, MAICD
Managing Director
Faldi is an experienced corporate advisor who specialises in the restructure and recapitalisation of a wide range of ASX-listed companies. He has many years of investment banking experience and has advised on numerous cross border transactions including capital raisings, structuring of acquisitions and joint ventures overseas.
Faldi is also the founder and operator of Otsana Capital, and is currently a director of a number of ASX listed companies.
Brendan de Kauwe BDSc (UWA), Grad Dip App Fin, Dip Music Industry
Director
Dr de Kauwe studied a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Western Australia. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance, majoring in Corporate Finance, and is an ASIC compliant (RG146) Securities Advisor.
Dr de Kauwe’s corporate experience, coupled with his extensive technology, science and bio-medical background gives him an integral understanding in the evaluation and execution of projects and assets over a diverse range of sectors.
He has also held numerous ASX Listed roles.
Zaakir Ismail BSc
Executive Director
Zak has a degree in IT systems and over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Combined with his experience in IPO’s, corporate restructuring and recapitalisation of ASX listed companies, Zaakir’s knowledge and expertise brings together the latest innovations in the IT world and the capital markets.
Zak is the co-founder and Executive Director of Otsana Capital.
Nicholas Young B.Comm, CA
Corporate Advisor
Nick holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance is a Chartered Accountant and has completed the Insolvency Education Program at the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association.
He commenced his career in the Corporate Restructuring division of an accounting firm and has gained valuable experience in Australia and Southern Africa, across a wide range of industries, including mining and exploration, mining services, renewable energy, professional services, manufacturing and transport.
Nick has also been involved in the recapitalisation of various ASX listed companies.
Eugene Tse LLB, B.Comm
Corporate Advisor
Eugene holds degrees in law and commerce (majoring in accounting and corporate finance) from the University of Western Australia, and has over 9 years’ experience as a Corporate/M&A lawyer.
As a lawyer, Eugene acted on a number of multi-jurisdictional M&A and ECM transactions across a diverse range of industries including mining, oil and gas, agribusiness, engineering services, renewable energy, FinTech and medical technology. Eugene has been involved in the IPO and recapitalisation of various ASX listed companies, and his legal background means he is well placed to structure, manage and advise companies through this process.
Eugene is a Director of ReviseOnline Pty Ltd, an emerging Western Australian EduTech business.
